Star Hotel, Kirkcudbright

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable and clean, though a bit too hot upon arrival. The staff members were extremely kind and helpful, especially for offering me a flask of tea for my days out in the cold. The location was perfect for my needs, allowing easy access along the coast and a cozy local pub feel. The dining experience was top-notch, with delicious dishes and lovely porridge. However, it would have been nice to have more varied seasonal options on the menu.
